Jacob provides a unique insight into all real estate matters. As a student at CUNY Baruch College, Jacob started a rental brokerage firm specifically catering to college students. From there, he went into residential sales, where he began his career as a speculative Real Estate Investor.

After completing a few fix-and-flips, Jacob began to grasp the construction industry, and only a few years later, he became an NYC Licensed General Contractor.

Since then, Jacob has built dozens of single and two-family homes, as well as a handful of multi-family residential properties.

Jacob uses his experience as an owner, developer, and general contractor, to manage every aspect of a project. From the design through the certificate of occupancy, Jacob maintains the highest standards, while utilizing a proven business model.
